Angel Olsen
Angel Olsen was born in St. Louis Missouri and now resides in Asheville, North Carolina. Olsen's six studio albums include: Big Time, Half Way Home, Burn Your Fire For No Witness and My Woman. My mother is so good with children. She was adopted by her parents when she was 3 years old and took care of her for her since birth. I was curious about their early years because I am separated by many years. Like every other child at my age, I imagined what it would have been as a child during the 1930s and the 1950s. In 2022 Olsen revealed that her relationship with her partner Adele Thibodeaux had ended and that she was dating the long-time musician and friend Meg Duffy for a few months during 2020. Olsen first came out in 2021. She revealed her love for Meg Duffy via social media. Olsen was was raised in St. Louis Missouri. She started her career at coffee houses located in St. Louis during her teens. Soon, she expanded and created a group of musicians who had similar beliefs. She moved into Chicago in 2006 eventually working alongside California musician Emmett Kelly, who is part of his group known as the Cairo Gang. Her previous album All Mirrors from 2019 featured the dark, almost gothic sound of synth-rock as well as affecting forays towards orchestral pop. Big Time marks the debut album in which Olsen sings about queer love. This is her first foray into traditional music, like the country genre. This seems to make sense.
